All merchandise is the property of Star Importers Inc. until it is paid in full and cleared from both parties. Outside Georgia customer is responsible for the payment of all applicable local, state, and federal taxes for their respective state.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or returns. The customer is responsible for all interest and attorney fees. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge after approval. All claims must be made within 10 days from the date of invoice.
